Responsibilities :
- Collecting detailed requirements, analyze, provides recommendation and solutions
- Work closely with all IT application developers and IT System Tester team to syntesize the solution that needs to be build.
- Deliver strategy, planning, and cases for User Acceptance Test (UAT) & System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Monitor closely the post implementation and liaise with technical team in the project implementation to meet functional requirements.
- Estimate work content and achieving planned timelines.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Functional Consultant/Business Analyst in Banking Industry or IT Consulting in Regulatory Banking projects.
- Extensive knowledge of requirement gathering and Analysis
- Good knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle documentations
- Having experiences in Software Documentation (BRD, FSD, TSD, UAT Scenarios,etc).
- Knowledge in Central Bank Regulatory Reporting is advantage
- Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills and presentation skill
- Strong leadership to lead a consultant team consist of functional & technical consultants
- Experienced in IT background as technical consultant is preferable.
- English proficiency is a must, both in oral and written
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 - 5 years of experience working in IT Support & Operations Manager
- Experience leading & managing large IT Projects & rolling out IT infra across various technologies
- Strong critical thinking & decision - making skills
- Excellent Project Management skill & strong ability to prioritize
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure & operations best practices
- Lead IT, including the design and deployment or new IT system & services.
- Managed IT Operations, maintain SLA for various services based on IT Services Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methods including Change, Capacity, Availability, Cost Management and Contingency Planning
- Plan, Develop & Implement IT Budget workload to determine priorities, provide direction to employees and meet goals within professional, time, safety and cost guidelines
- Lead IT Service incident investigation to resume services as soon as possible
